Join our crew as a Carpenter I in Monroe, LA — a hands-on, per-diem role paying $21–$41/hr. You’ll build and repair wood and wallboard fixtures, set up trailers and temporary structures, assist with concrete and rough carpentry, and work to local building codes every day. This job is physical and practical: read blueprints, set forms, erect prefabricated materials, help shoot grades and elevations, and support journeymen and foremen on site. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and basic forming/rebar experience are a plus. Per diem pay helps offset travel for out-of-area work.
