We’re hiring a Carpenter Foreman in Lakewood Ranch, FL to lead field crews on residential and commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be in the field doing rough and finish carpentry while supervising laborers to keep work safe, on time, and built right. You’ll run layout, inspect work, enforce site safety, and communicate directly with project management about progress, materials, and crew needs.
