- Sharique Arshi (Lead Software Architect) - 10+ years of experience in software engineering with distributed systems, architecture design, microservices; IIT-G B.Tech.
- Saurabh Khemka (AI Lead) - 8+ years of industrial experience in large scale model building and deployment, PhD in Neuroscience - Switzerland, IIT-R B.Tech.
- Abhijit Mitra (Lead Frontend Engineer) - Spent 8+ years building highly scalable web applications, monorepo, micro-frontend architecture; ex-Tekion; Gauhati University B.Tech.
- Anjali Sinha (Product Manager) - a seasoned product leader with 7+ years of experience in project & product management, operations strategy, and analytics; National University of Singapore - M.Tech
- Sameer Kulkarni - 7+ years of experience across a number of HR and Operations roles including learning and development, organizational development and project management; SPPU - Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
As an early member of the HR and Operations team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing high impact people operations practices that attract, retain and reward top engineering and product talent. You will be charged with exciting responsibilities that further the firm’s culture and contribute to actively developing the firm’s human capital.
You will:
- Aid in developing Parspec’s strategy of attracting and retaining the best talent in the market while actively interviewing candidates and program managing the recruitment process in partnership with engineering and product stakeholders
- Regularly deploy mechanisms such as 1:1s and pulse surveys to be on top of employee sentiment and suggest research based interventions as required
- Aid and support the quarterly performance management process at Parspec while displaying acute attention to detail and execution excellence
- Maintaining and updating records of team members in the HRIS
- Deliver high quality reports to leadership on key people metrics regularly
- Aid in developing the initial learning and development offerings of the firm
- Provide general HR support and answering team member queries regarding HR policies and procedures

- You are willing to occasionally make yourself available outside regular IST working hours to accommodate collaboration with a globally distributed team
- You possess minimum 3 years of relevant experience across key fields of people operations, specifically in recruitment and employee engagement;
- You can consistently demonstrate clear and concise written as well as verbal communication
- You are comfortable in handling ambiguous problem statements and display the presence of mind and quick thinking to break it down into smaller, solvable chunks
- You possess the ability to “figure out” solutions when you hit a roadblock; you can view new tasks as opportunities to learn and upskill
- You have a proven track record of seamlessly managing multiple competing priorities as well as multiple sets of stakeholders (preferably within engineering and product teams)
- You have hands on experience with tools such as Lever and Keka and have used JIRA as well as Confluence in the past for project management
- You have successfully managed confidential information previously and are sensitive towards risk management
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a fast paced environment
- You are in located in Bengaluru and can report to office 2-3 times a week at our office in Koramangala
- Strong conceptual understanding of employee lifecycle within an organization, from hire to retire
- Experience with driving scaled hiring programs, with the ability to carry out hiring for certain critical positions end to end
- Experience with driving employee engagement charters including learning interventions and managing employee relations
- Ability to deliver clean, excellent and well thought out reports to the leadership team on key human capital metrics
- Ability to lead an initiative from concept to operation, navigating all stages and roadblocks on the way
Preferred but Optional
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology OR a MBA with a specialization in HR with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Experience working with engineering and product based stakeholders
- Experience of working in fast paced startup environments
- Understanding of basic employer branding concepts
