Overview:

We are seeking a Director of People Operations to enhance our global People Operations function. Your contributions will be crucial to the success of our People Operations department, as well as to the development and scaling of a best-in-class organization.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

People Operations

  • Continually evaluate people programs for effectiveness and scalability

  • Recommend HR programs developments/changes

  • Create program enhancements to programs to meet growth needs

  • Collaborate with leadership team to understand organizational and departmental goals to ensure company people strategy is appropriately aligned

Engagement & Culture

  • Manage culture and engagement programs

  • Provide coaching to HR team members and leaders throughout the organization

  • Mentor and elevate the HR team members

  • Oversee the expansion of employment related DEI programs, partnerships, and drive corporate adoption and program developments

  • Manage performance review cycles, performance development programs, survey rollouts, online events, and company awards program

Total Rewards Program Management

  • Manage corporate compensation, equity, and bonus/commission programs (US & Global) in conjunction with accounting and finance

  • Oversee international and US benefit and LOA programs with the support of international PEO vendors as needed

  • Manage learning and development programs and identify new opportunities to aid in staff development

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Oversee international, federal, state and local regulatory compliance

  • Oversee and support HR team members in managing employee relations issues as needed

  • Oversee employment policy development and execution to reduce company risk

  • Manage annual changes to State and Federal employment laws

People Leadership

  • Assist with the management and creation of the annual HR and Corporate Payroll Budget

  • Manage HR Payroll Team; approve US and international payroll

  • Drive engagement and performance through hands-on leadership, 1:1’s, department meetings, engagement programs, or other programs as needed

  • Lead the Senior Management Team with HR-initiatives, communication, and announcements, in partnership with Operations

  • Assist in Department OKR creation, implementation, and presentations

  • Ensure effective communication throughout the department to ensure team members are aware of their responsibilities and alignment with company goals

  • Maintain a team culture that is focused on high performance, continuous improvement, learning, and development to ensure we are best positioned to deliver a world-class product to our customers

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to department leaders and team members to drive cultural initiatives forward and encourage behaviors and programs in line with Measurabl values.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to other managers to ensure leadership standards are shared throughout the organization

  • Drive Measurabl’s commitment to ensuring a diverse workforce through all stages of people management and development

Education & Experience:

We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl. We understand though that knowledge comes from many forms of learning and experiences. Above all, we consider a person’s potential impact in the role and value their unique path to this point in their career.
  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources Team Management, with experience, focused on the generalist needs of Human Resources

  • Experience growing and scaling a Human Resources department

  • Experience managing and providing coaching to all levels of an organization

  • Excellent public speaking and presenting skills

  • High experience with compensation, benefits, and equity programs; Total Rewards Management

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience with managing HR team members remotely, nationwide, preferred

  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility:
  • This job has supervisory responsibilities

Compensation Range:

  • $132,000- $198,000 DOE
