Overview:
As the Revenue Operations Director, you will be responsible for optimizing our revenue operations processes, driving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and other key functions. You will leverage your extensive experience in financial analytics, Salesforce administration, NetSuite, Tableau, and other relevant tools to analyze complex data sets, identify insights, and drive actionable recommendations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Manage and maintain sales and customer data in Salesforce and other software
- Function as a deal desk analyst, ensuring deals are constructed properly and guiding teams to maximize revenue
- Create, maintain, and deliver lead lists and opportunities using various databases
- Implement and manage process improvements within the tech stack for scalability and efficiency
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in the CRM and throughout the organization’s tech stack for the Growth team, Sales leadership, executive leadership, and the Board of Directors
- Partner with Growth Leadership on revenue forecasting, pipeline inspection, and tech stack policies
- Track and analyze key metrics within CRM driving strategy and performance across the organization
- Manage customer administrative requests and support onboarding in the CRM
- Ensure accurate data in Growth’s CRM systems and streamline processes for the lead to cash lifecycle
- Collaborate with IT, Finance and other operational roles throughout the organization to gather data, improve system architecture, remove bottlenecks and provide leadership with accurate revenue reporting
- Serve as a primary business representative for Salesforce improvements
- Maintain accurate and timely revenue reporting needs and manage Renewal and New Business pipelines
- Lead the design, implementation, iteration and optimization of revenue operations processes
- Utilize financial analytics to analyze revenue and lead funnel performance and forecast future revenue streams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and promotions
- While this role is an individual contributor, it is a more senior role on the team. Provide mentorship to junior members of the revenue operations team to help them grow and improve performance
- Oversee commissions calculations and payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- The organization is remote, travel may be needed infrequently to meet in person with various teams within the organization on an as needed basis
Education & Experience:

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in revenue operations, financial analyst, sales operations, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in optimizing revenue processes and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau (or similar BI tool), Zoom and Google Suite required. HubSpot, Salesforce CPQ, Metabase (Snowflake), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Docusign, Asana preferred
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field, Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Tableau Desktop Specialist) preferred
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration with experience in system configuration, data management, and user training. Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools, with experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter who strives to improve data hygiene, raise the bar on reporting and proactively provide reporting as needed
- Financial Modeling Experience: Cohort, DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), Advanced Sales Forecasting taking into account the cohort model, churn, sales by customer by product, ROI project model, pipeline modeling

Compensation Range:
- $126,889 to $219,050
