Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Administer culture and engagement initiatives as part of the departmental strategy

  • Assist with the talent acquisition processes and requisitions from inception to fill, including discovery calls with managers, recruiting process alignment, candidate communications/coordination, and negotiations.

  • Provide mediation support for managers and employees and conduct investigations when necessary

  • Assist with the organization separation processes with the support of the Director as needed

  • Assist with the administration the onboarding and integration processes to ensure new employees have a meaningful and effective onboarding experience

  • Support organizational DEI initiatives and make recommendations regarding areas of focus and/or improvement based on trends, feedback, and best practices

Department Administration

  • Support the build and implementation of department projects and program builds

  • Make recommendations for improvement, program developments, and efficiencies when areas of opportunity are identified

  • Support Director in quarterly goal review and refinement

  • Ensure data integrity within HRIS, LMS, ATS, and other HR systems

  • Serve as a liaison between staff, management and business leaders to foster and support transparency, communication, and a culture inline with MSR values

  • Administer organizational compensation, benefits, and leave of absence programs
  • Spearhead cultural initiatives to promote a remort working environment

Education & Experience:

We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl. We understand though that knowledge comes from many forms of learning and experiences. Above all, we consider a person’s potential impact in the role and value their unique path to this point in their career.
  • 1 to 3 years experience working within the employee lifecycle, most beneficially in a generalist type capacity

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

  • Formal or informal education in Human Resources principles, organizational development, or related field

  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

Supervisory Responsibility:
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities

Compensation Range:

  • $70,000-$95,000 + DOE and location
