Join Digital is seeking a Major Account Manager – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) to deepen our relationships with our existing regional accounts. As Join’s Major Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue in our existing accounts, managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new logos, deepening market partnerships, and growing existing accounts.

What you’ll do

  • Grow Join’s revenue in existing accounts
  • Develop new enterprise clients with CRE partners
  • Discover, assess, and validate both client and prospect needs
  • Design and develop solution strategies with Sales Architects
  • Present, demonstrate, and propose offerings
  • Close, negotiate, and implement win/win contracts
  • Continue to manage, strategize, refer, and conduct regular business reviews of accounts
  • Exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives
  • Stay up to date regarding changes in technology

What you need to succeed…

  • Technology sales experience is preferred with a focus on Commercial Real Estate
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Existing relationships in CRE
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities
  • Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to take risks and try innovative, new approaches
  • Proven track record in growing revenue and new business opportunities in CRE

  • Enrollment in a specialized sales training program hosted by Join Digital that includes field time, live prospecting, virtual classes, and ongoing mentorship
  • Upon training completion, the Major Accounts Manager will have the ability to demonstrate foundational knowledge of the Join Value Proposition and apply the Join Sales Process and Tools
  • Partner with Sales Specialists and Product / Program Subject Matter Experts (SME)

Compensation: $120,000-150,000 (plus variable) based on location and experience
