Join™ is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to build out the < > area of North America. As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for outside business-to-business (B2B) sales, expertise in running entire sales cycles to gain new market share as a trusted advisor & problem-solver. Most territories will have enterprise beachhead accounts which will provide opportunities for growing existing revenue.
What you’ll do…
- Prospect for new business and new logo opportunities
- Grow Join’s revenue in existing beachhead accounts
- Set, facilitate, and lead client appointments
- Discover, assess, and validate client needs
- Design and develop solution strategies
- Present, demonstrate, and propose offerings
- Close, negotiate, and execute win/win contracts
- Continue to manage, strategize, and conduct regular business reviews of accounts
- Exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives
- Stay up to date regarding changes in technology
What you need to succeed…
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Technology sales experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer problem-solving and rapport-building abilities
- Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to take risks and try innovative, new approaches
- Proven track record in growing revenue and new business opportunities
- Relationships in Enterprise networking environment preferred

- Enrollment in a specialized sales training program hosted by Join Digital that includes field time, live prospecting, virtual classes, and ongoing mentorship
- Upon training completion, the Account Executive will have the ability to demonstrate foundational knowledge of the Join Value Proposition and apply the Join Sales Process and Tools
- Partner with Sales Specialists and Product / Program Subject Matter Experts (SME)

Compensation: $120,000-150,000 based on experience plus variable compensation based on experience and geographic location.
