Join Digital, is seeking an Account Manager to support the Western area of North America. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for outside business-to-business (B2B) sales, managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new market share, and growing existing accounts. This is a full-time opportunity selling AdaptIQ, Join’s SaaS platform in an assigned territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Creates & manages strategic engagement plan to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams to develop marketing plans and ensure OKRs are met.
  • Set appointments.
  • Discover, assess and validate client needs.
  • Design and develop solutions strategies.
  • Team with Sales Engineers to write proposals.
  • Team with Real estate Sales Executives to sell Join technology as a service to tenants.
  • Close, negotiate and implement contracts.
  • Continue to manage, strategize, refer and conduct regular business reviews of accounts.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives.
  • Stay up to date regarding changes in technology.
  • Works proactively to find new opportunities within the accounts.
  • Responsible for upsell, cross sell, and renewals across assigned account(s).
  • Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities.
  • Great interpersonal, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Technology sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Enrollment in a specialized sales training program hosted by Join Digital that includes field time, live prospecting, virtual classes, and ongoing mentorship
  • Upon training completion, the Account Manager will have the ability to demonstrate foundational knowledge of the Join Value Proposition and apply the Join Sales Process and Tools
  • Partner with Sales Specialists and Product / Program Subject Matter Experts (SME)

Compensation: $130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience
