About the Role

Clearstory is looking for a Product Manager to lead our growing Integrations portfolio. Integrations are a strategic pillar of our platform, connecting Clearstory to the systems our customers rely on every day. You’ll define the framework for how we build and scale integrations, ensure we’re delivering real customer value, and partner with engineering to standardize approaches for long-term maintainability.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and product strategy. You’ll help shape the roadmap, partner with GTM on customer-facing opportunities, and ensure our integrations scale across general contractors, specialty contractors, and owners.

What You'll Do

Own Integrations Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define Clearstory’s integration tiers/levels and bring clarity to how they align with customer needs.
  • Prioritize integration opportunities based on business impact, customer value, and scalability.
  • Work with leadership to align integrations with pricing and packaging strategy.

Partner with Engineering

  • Collaborate on a standardized, scalable integration framework that reduces tech debt and accelerates delivery.
  • Translate customer workflows into clear product requirements that balance speed with maintainability.
  • Participate early in technical discussions to anticipate risks and uncover creative solutions.

Drive Customer & Market Alignment

  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to understand customer workflows, integration requirements, and solution opportunities.
  • Validate opportunities through customer interviews, data, and usage metrics.
  • Ensure integrations deliver a seamless experience across setup, usage, and ongoing support.

Elevate Clearstory's Integrations Practice

  • Establish metrics to track adoption, usage, and health of integrations.
  • Champion evidence-based decision-making, documenting hypotheses, tradeoffs, and decisions.
  • Contribute to product team standards, raising the bar for clarity and execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform products.
  • Technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, and data models with engineers.
  • Strong ability to translate customer workflows into product requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive in driving alignment.
  • Strategic thinking paired with a bias for action — able to zoom out to frameworks and zoom in to details.
  • Understanding of construction financial workflows and systems such as Procore, Autodesk, and CMiC (or willingness to become fluent).
  • Ability to read and navigate third-party API documentation, quickly learn external systems, and become an internal expert in how Clearstory integrates with them.

Nice to Haves

  • Direct experience working with general contractors, specialty contractors, or owners.
  • Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or developer tools.
  • Exposure to pricing/packaging work for integrations or platform features.
  • Passion for construction tech and making complex workflows simple.

  • Subsidized health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Direct access to mentorship, feedback, and leadership
  • A front-row seat to building a category-defining product
