Company Overview

Clearstory.build is a dynamic and innovative SaaS platform serving the construction industry that connects contractors to collaborate on out of contract work (Change Orders). Our platform allows construction companies to invite peers, creating a powerful community of interconnected users, and uniquely, we serve both General Contractors and Specialty or Subcontractors

We have made our mark on the industry by focusing on industry specific workflows that are hyper relevant to the end users, and are born out of our company's cumulative industry experience. We have grown rapidly, and our retention rate is off the charts as customers start and then expand with us. From a sales perspective we have effectively sold to smaller, regional subcontractors while also successfully executing enterprise wide agreements with the largest General contractors and Specialty contractors in the nation.

Performance Management:

  • Ensure the sales executives are well supported to execute the sales process, and are aggressively pursuing their territories and opportunities. Identify performance issues early, provide coaching, and performance improvement plans as needed to achieve long term success.
  • Monitor core sales performance metrics and provide timely feedback to identify areas for improvement and recognize achievements.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and approaches.
  • Help sales executives develop, and execute, territory pursuit plans that will result in overachievement
  • Actively participate in sales cycles, from creation to closing leading from the front, side and back.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.

Team Development and Culture:

  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team. Continue to support a team-first collaborative culture that inspires an individual’s best performance and attracts great talent.
  • Promote continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and career progression.
