The Role

Clearstory is looking for a high energy and dynamic Account Executive to join our sales team and bring the magic of Clearstory to new customers.The Account Executive is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound, qualifying opportunities, engaging with prospects virtually and in person, and taking these prospects through a an awesome sales experience to match the value proposition of Clearstory to the pain points they are experiencing. The right candidate is a highly self-motivated, driven and experienced salesperson that can engage with various stakeholders at all levels and uncover needs and opportunities, and then follow a complete sales plan through negotiation and close to a great onboarding experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.Deliver weekly an accurate monthly & quarterly forecast of business
  • Manage accounts through entire sales process; business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support
  • Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities
  • Network and research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
  • Create and deliver engaging remote software demonstrations to identify and establish sales opportunities and drive revenue
  • Develop a strong understanding of Clearstory's solution offering, acting as a subject matter expert of its value proposition, and becoming knowledgeable of competitive offerings

This leads to an increase in profits, more successful contractor to customer relationships, more transparency into a project’s true cost, and less wasted paper!
