WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maintain a clean, organized office
  • Manage inventory for kitchen and office supplies
  • Manage office vendors
  • Manage office improvements and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize incoming packages from FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
  • Plan and execute team offsite activities
  • Support our People Operations team in other administrative or operations needs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Positive and motivated individual
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s success
  • Innovative individual who is constantly looking for new ways to optimize processes
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Gmail, Word and Excel
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years experience in human resources, recruiting, customer service, office management or related is required
